PRESENTER INSTRUCTIONS
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Accepted long papers are scheduled as oral presentations.
The presentations are to be 25 minutes, organized as follows: 20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes for questions and debate.
To make the presentation transitions as smooth as possible, presenters are expected to upload their presentation the day before their presentation. Please name the presentation file with either author names, title of paper or both.
Presentations scheduled on Tuesday May 23rd are to be uploaded at Monday May 22nd at 10.00 (GMT+1) at the latest.
Presentations scheduled on Wednesday May 24th are to be uploaded at Tuesday May 23rd at 10.00 (GMT+1) at the latest.
All scheduled presenters will receive a link for upload in the mail prior to the conference.
POSTERS:
Accepted short papers are scheduled as poster presentations.
Posters should be in A0 format, 841x1189mm (Portrait).
DEMOS:
Demo papers are presented with a poster presentation and will have a table with a power outlet for demo on own laptop.
Posters should be in A0 format, 841x1189mm (Portrait).
