Transfer from Vagar Airport to Tórshavn:

We recommend using the taxi service for Airport Shuttle, a 40 minute drive.
If not ordered via conference registration form, shuttles can be ordered on the taxi company websites or by giving them a call. You will be picked up at the airport and taken directly to your hotel, or other desired destination. 
Shuttle taxis need to be ordered in advance. 

It is also possible to go by bus, but the departure times are varied and might not fit your flight arrival. The bus from the airport to Tórshavn has route nr  300. Find the timetable here. 

Note: All participants that have booked transfer via registration will receive further information via email prior to arrival. 

Booking accommodation together with registering for the conference:

Accommodation can be booked in the conference registration process on the external booking site. Registration is open. 

A quota of rooms has been reserved for the conference participants in four hotels in Tórshavn, varying in price range. These rooms are booked via the conference registration site. 

The booking agency can also assist with travel arrangements.  

Book accomodation separately:

For those wanting to book accommodation separately from the conference registration, this is also possible.
